The Human Nutrition and Dietetics Library combines the research and specialized collections used in the degree studies in human nutrition and dietetics delivered by the Centre for Studies in Nutrition and Dietetics at the Torribera Campus.

The library collection includes materials in the following subjects: human nutrition, dietetics, diet theray, bromatology and food chemistry, microbiology and food hygiene, eating behaviour, public health and community nutrition, history and anthropology of food, culinary techniques and food service organization.
